At their 2021 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting last July 6, Century Pacific Food, Inc. elected three new members to its Board of Directors.

Among the newly elected board members is our very own CEO and co-founder, Atty. Regina Jacinto-Barrientos. Joining her as new additions are Stephen CuUnjieng, a global investment banker and former Chairman and CEO of Evercore Asia Ltd, and Philip Soliven, a seasoned banker and former President and Chairperson of Cargill Philippines Inc.

The CNPF Board of Directors is made up of nine seats — three of which were made available upon the recent departures of Fernan Lukban and Johnip Cua as they reached their maximum nine-year term with the company. The third seat was previously held by CNPF’s late founder and chairperson emeritus, Ricardo S. Po Sr.
